American Red Cross Celebrates Local Heroes The Shenandoah County Chapter of the American Red Cross recently applauded local efforts to save the lives of both humans and animals, recognizing community impact and by providing for the safety and security of those in need in times of emergency during the past year at their 2nd annual Heroes Reception:  Law Enforcement-Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office, sponsored by Buettner Tire Distributors: Lt.
